Forged from 20MnTiB alloy steel and quenched and tempered, these bolts are marked as the 10.9S structural dedicated grade. Available in large hexagon-head and torque-shear configurations, they are supplied as complete sets with matched high-strength nuts and thick structural washers. Each batch is subject to pre-tension testing to verify clamping force and suitability for heavy-load joints.

Finishes offered include black oxide, hot-dip galvanizing and Dacromet. Extra-long and oversized special sizes can be made for demanding projects. Typical applications include high-rise steel workshops, bridge engineering, wind turbine towers, heavy machinery, port equipment and large infrastructure frames.
