The mechanical anchor uses expansion friction rather than adhesive. When the bolt is tightened the expansion sleeve opens and clamps against the wall of the drilled hole, providing load-bearing capacity immediately after installation with no curing time required.

Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, the anchor is intended for fixing in concrete and masonry and is used in construction, machinery, pipeline and guardrail applications.
