Self-drilling screws have a drill-tip that drills, taps and fastens in a single operation, reducing or eliminating the need for pre-drilling in many sheet-metal applications. Head options are hex flange, Phillips pan head and Phillips countersunk head; select the head and drive to match the installation method and substrate.

Material choices include case-hardened carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel, with bi-metal stainless available as an option. Finishes offered are blue-white zinc, yellow zinc and black bitumen coating. Flange screws can be fitted with an EPDM sealing washer for weatherproofing. Conforms to GB/T 15856.1, GB/T 15856.2 and DIN 7504; confirm size, thread form and corrosion requirements when ordering.
