Tab washer for round nut to the GB/T 858-1988 / DIN 5406 specifications. The part has an inner tab that locates in the shaft key groove and multiple outer claws. After the round nut is tightened, the outer claws are bent into the slots of the nut to provide a mechanical anti-loosening action and resist rotation under vibration.

Available in 65Mn spring steel, carbon steel, or stainless steel (A2/304 and A4/316), with surface options including black oxide, blue-white zinc and yellow zinc. Commonly applied where axial locking is required, for example on bearings, transmission shafts and gearbox spindles.
