The vial-type chemical anchor is supplied with a glass capsule containing resin and hardener. Installation requires drilling the hole, removing dust, inserting the capsule, then driving or screwing in the stud so the capsule breaks and the resin cures to bond the anchor to the substrate. When installed according to instructions, the system is intended to provide pull-out resistance in solid bases.

Available in carbon steel with a galvanized finish and in stainless steel. Suitable for use in concrete and natural stone bases and commonly specified for curtain walls, guardrails, machinery bases and general installation engineering. Confirm substrate condition, capsule type and curing time for each application.
