Imperial Hex Nut produced to ANSI/ASME B18.2.2 and BS 1768; available with UNC (coarse) or UNF (fine) inch threads. Materials offered include carbon steel and stainless steel A2 (304) or A4 (316). Standard surface finishes listed are black oxide, blue-white zinc, yellow zinc and hot-dip galvanizing.

Common sizes include 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". These nuts are intended for use with inch-threaded bolts only and are not interchangeable with metric fasteners.
