Standard U‑bolts have a U-shaped bend with threaded legs for use with nuts and washers to clamp pipes, tubes, conduits or rectangular profiles. Available in round and square bends, common thread sizes are M6–M30 (most used M8, M10, M12, M16, M20). Inner widths range 20–300 mm and leg lengths 30–500 mm. Materials include carbon steels (Q235, 35#, 45#) and alloy steels (40Cr, 35CrMo) for higher-strength grades.

Grades offered are 4.8, 8.8 and 10.9 (12.9 on request). Surface finishes include plain, zinc plated, yellow/zinc, hot-dip galvanized (HDG), Dacromet and mechanical zinc. Standard references: DIN 3570 and ASME B18.31.5; custom sizes and drawings can be supplied—please provide thread, inner width, leg length, grade and finish.
